First apartments released at award winning Blacktown community.Blacktown Sydney – 16 June 2017 – Fairwater’s range of terraces and freestanding homes have proven immensely popular, and now, with the launch of the Fairwater Green apartments, Frasers Property Australia is introducing new home and lifestyle choices at its thriving Blacktown community.
Fairwater Green has been designed as an alternate and affordable option for people drawn to the Fairwater lifestyle. It will include 160 homes in a diverse range of one, two and three bedroom apartments which complement the character of the surrounding Fairwater homes.
Located –in the community’s east, Fairwater Green will consist of four low-rise buildings, two of six levels and two of five levels.
Nigel Edgar, General Manager - Residential NSW, Frasers Property Australia says the integration of apartments in the Fairwater masterplan is a direct response to buyer demand for variety and choice.
“Fairwater has always appealed to a broad cross- section of buyers, and we’ve welcomed many young couples to the community in recent times. Now with the choice of apartment living, we’re opening up new avenues for people to join the community at a lower price point,” says Mr Edgar.
Many Fairwater Green apartments qualify for the NSW Government’s First Home Owner Grant, ideal for those wanting to enter the market.
“The affordable homes at Fairwater Green will appeal to first home buyers, but we’re also expecting interest from young couples, new families and downsizers too, with the single living home options;” says Mr Edgar.
The impeccable fittings and fixtures of Fairwater Green apartments are consistent with the quality of the existing homes in the community. Inside and out, everything looks, touches and feels like a Fairwater home and reflects the residential character of the community.
“The apartments will seamlessly integrate with the current facade styling of Fairwater. Much like the house designs available, the apartments are architecturally designed to feature open, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas to suit a range of lifestyles,” says Mr Edgar.
With inclusions such as a modern kitchen with Smeg appliances, floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms and extended indoor-outdoor living spaces, the apartments continue the functional and contemporary aesthetic of the existing homes at Fairwater.
Just as Fairwater is becoming famous for its beautiful lake and parklands, so too will Fairwater Green incorporate green spaces to mirror the lush tranquililty of its surrounds.
Ground floor apartments will benefit from private gardens up to 100sqm in size, with a lawn and an alfresco dining area. Apartments along the eastern facade will feature beautiful winter gardens, and on the higher levels offering vast views across the district landscape.
Fairwater is one of Australia’s greenest communities, having been awarded a 6-star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, representing world leadership. The community has received multiple accolades over the years, recently winning the Excellence in Residential Development category at the Urban Development Institute of Australia National Awards for Excellence.
Fairwater residents live a connected lifestyle just 1km from Blacktown CBD and transport options. Already home to over 500 people, residents of the 38.5-hectare community enjoy a picturesque outdoor environment that incorporates landscaped parks as well as lakes and ponds, play areas for growing families, a series of pramways and walkways.
A learn-to-ride bike track is due to open in 2018, and there are more parks and waterways planned. Over nine hectares of open space will be delivered by 2019.
Prices in the first apartment building to be released at Fairwater Green will range from $480,000 - $697,000 (Indicative price guide only).
