Fairwater makes it easy to travel near and far.

One of the unrivalled benefits of living at Fairwater is that while you're part of a fresh, new community, you're also in the middle a fast growing area that enjoys substantial and ongoing investment in both public and private transport infrastructure. 

From getting to work, doing your shopping, visiting family and friends, or heading out on an adventure, you can easily get anywhere.

Dedicated buses

Blacktown bus service will run through Fairwater, taking you straight to the bus and rail hub at the Blacktown interchange. Some of the connecting bus routes include services to Blacktown Hospital, Norwest Business Park and Parramatta, as well as numerous local destinations.

Two railway stations

You can catch a train from either Marayong or Blacktown stations; Blacktown Station less than 1km away. Blacktown station is on the Cumberland, Western and Blue Mountains lines and provides fast access to Parramatta and Strathfield as well as an express service into Sydney CBD.

Excellent road links

Sydney's orbital road network really cuts down travel time. So it's great to know that you'll be close to the toll-free M4 Motorway that takes you east to Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park and onto Sydney CBD; Or head westwards through Penrith and the Blue Mountains, or even further. The M2/M7 Motorway is your fast track to the Hills District, Norwest Business Park, Lane Cove and Sydney Airport and more.

Bike paths and lanes

With bike riding now so popular, the Fairwater Masterplan includes the provision for dedicated bike paths. Additionally, the Blacktown City Council has developed a large number of bike routes (with more proposed), while the Westlink Cycleway and Walking Path offers an uninterrupted 40 kilometre trip by bike (or foot) across Sydney.
