Weekend Kwinana Courier - 27/03/15

Baldivis Grove Australand’s latest boutique estate offering

The first lots in a new boutique estate to be developed in a sought-after pocket of Baldivis will be released to the market this weekend.

Bounded by, Pike and Eighty Roads, Baldivis Grove is nestled alongside established homes and is close to Tranby College and Settlers Primary School.

The estate is expected to attract downsizers as well as young families with a range of lot sizes from 224sqm to 786sqm. There will also be large lifestyle blocks of more than 2000sqm within the estate.

To celebrate the launch, developer Australand is giving away a $5000 gift card to the first 15 people who purchase a block in the estate.

The first release offers lots ranging in size from 296sqm to 494sqm and are priced between $177,000 and $224,000.

Australand WA General Manager Tony Perrin said Baldivis Grove was in an ideal location next to a well-established community with existing homes, schools, shops and public transport and it was only a short drive to the beach.

“Whether you are a family with kids, professional couples or downsizers, Baldivis Grove offers a suite of lot sizes to cater to a wide range of homes and budgets,” Mr Perrin said.

“An extensive central park and public open space area featuring shade structures and a children’s play equipment will provide the Baldivis Grove community with the perfect area for relaxation and recreation as well as a great spot for meeting neighbours and friends.”

“Attention has also been given to the streetscapes with use of red oxide asphalt in key internal roads and mature street trees designed to add an established character to the estate” he added.

He said Australand had a successful track record in delivering quality housing estates in Baldivis, having developed more than 1200 lots in the area over the past decade.

The Baldivis Grove Sales Office on the corner of Pike and Eighty Roads will be open this Saturday and Sunday between 1pm and 5pm and Wednesday from 2pm to 5pm.
