Featuring beautifully landscaped open links, spectacular water features and gardens, and a European-inspired piazza that flows seamlessly between the four buildings, the design of the Queens Riverside development celebrates the unique beauty of the Swan River, the native parklands and reserves and the cultural heritage of the site. This natural beauty combined with the history and tradition of the land is also reflected in the five vibrant public artworks created by local artisans that are permanently on display throughout Queens Riverside for all to enjoy.

Incorporating some of the latest innovation in residential design, Queens Riverside is as architecturally unique as it is beautiful. At 26 storeys, QIII is is architecturally bold with a distinctive identity designed to embrace views overlooking the Perth CBD, the Swan River, the Burswood Peninsula and the WACA.

QIII is positioned amongst landscaped streetscapes and above two levels of basement parking with roller shutters and boom-controlled access to dedicated parking, storage facilities, bike racks and card controlled lift access to all floors.

QIII also features a selection of Dual-Key apartments. These single-title apartments are structured with a shared lobby connecting two independent self-contained residences. Dual-key apartments can also be combined into one multi-bedroom home if required. Each of these apartments – also features a modern and functional Mediterranean loggia meaning that living areas are substantially enlarged, irrespective of the weather or time of day. The open-air loggias are opened up and enclosed with sliding glass and louvred screens.

The buildings of Queens Riverside have also incorporated a number of energy saving initiatives including;

  • Censored light activation in common areas
  • Higher insulation and acoustic standards
  • Louvre shading to balconies
  • Instantaneous hot water units set at 50 degrees and double-glazing on the east and west side of the building.

Townhouses are located on the ground floor of the apartment complex – a first in Perth – and span over two storeys with each featuring a large living area with powder room, an open plan kitchen and an alfresco terrace at street level, with bedrooms and balcony on the first floor.
