*Local Business Spotlight* The team from Bee One Third - Neighbourhood Honey caused quite a buzz last weekend at our inaugural school holiday program with their bee-autiful candle crafting workshops. Headed up by urban beekeeper Jack Stone, Bee One Third has been managing The Quarry's eight beehives since September 2021. On a mission to reconnect communities with the role pollinators play in our food system, health and overall wellbeing, we were thrilled to invite them to ClubQ and help educate the next generation. The Quarry's inaugural School Holiday Program was a great success, thank you again to everyone who came along 👏 Luckily we have ClubQ, our expansive amenity hub with plenty of indoor space, so we decided to push on despite the unpredictable weather... and we’re so glad we did because even the sun came out! From botanical watercolour workshops to beeswax candle crafting, facepainting and more, it was a wonderful morning educating our younger generations on the importance of bees and looking after our environment.
