Display Village homes for sale to meet strong demand at Ed.Square

Townhomes to suit every lifestyle and budget.

01 March 2022

Frasers Property Australia has brought forward the release of 15 completed townhomes in the Ed.Square Display Village.

The release of the Display Village homes has been fast-tracked due to intense demand, with every townhome offered to date in the game-changing community in Sydney’s south-west having already sold.

Now open for inspection the display homes  feature Ed.Square’s most popular designs, from the one-bedroom Franklin design, to the three-bedroom Madison and Columbus, as well as the four-bedroom Lexington. There’s a variety of floorplans to suit every buyer and budget.

“The response from buyers at Ed.Square has been very strong. Every townhome release has been snapped up quickly. We are expecting a similar strong response from buyers when the display homes hit the market soon,” says Warwick Dowler, Development Director, Frasers Property Australia.

Mr Dowler says the upcoming release of new display homes represents an exciting opportunity to call Ed.Square home.

“Buyers of these homes will enjoy the convenience of contemporary urban living with easy access to everything the connected community has to offer,” Mr Dowler says.

“Edmondson Park train station is just a short walk away, while the popular Eat Street, Event Cinemas and iPlay, Coles supermarket and all the amazing amenity the Town Centre has to offer will be right on residents’ doorsteps.

“All the townhomes in the display village feature an abundance of natural light and have been kept in pristine condition as perfect examples of what Ed.Square homes offer, including top quality materials, high-level workmanship, and premium fixtures and fittings.

“Buyers will also find exclusive upgraded finishes to selected display homes such as timber flooring, ceiling fans and more.

“With plenty of choice, premium quality and proximity to the amenity on offer, we are expecting strong interest from a broad cross-section of buyers,” says Mr Dowler.

The homes will be sold exclusively via expression of interest. Price guide for these homes are one-bedroom townhomes from $595,000, two-bedrooms townhomes from $795,000, three-bedrooms from $895,000, while the four-bedroom offerings from $1,125,000.

Interested buyers can book an appointment to inspect by contacting Frasers Property on 13 38 38 or visiting www.EdSquare.com.au to avoid missing out.

Kim and Khuong Chau were so impressed with the design and quality of the display homes that they bought their first home on the spot when they visited a pop-up café at Ed.Square about three years ago.

“We just went there to check out the café and the area; we didn’t even know there was a development going on at that time,” Kim recalls.

“The café was within the Sales & Display Centre. We were looking around and the sales team started to talk us through the masterplan and the types of homes on offer. They explained everything so well and we were just sold.

“I looked at my husband, he looked at me and said: ‘I think we really need to go outside and have a chat’. So we left the sales centre, had a chat and walked back in and said: ‘Okay, we'd like to buy a home here’.”

“We weren’t even looking to buy a property before that visit!”

The couple moved into their brand new one-bedroom Franklin townhome in June 2021, and have been loving the convenient inner-city lifestyle at Ed.Square ever since.

“We love how everything is so close to our home and within walking distance here. There is the Town Centre and then there’s the train station, which is really convenient. We haven’t had to use our cars as much as we used to since we moved here.

“We particularly like the Eat Street. There is a selection of everything, and we just love the variety of food here – all within a five-minute walk from our home.

“We can feel that the community here is very welcoming. Even though we don’t know each other and my partner and I had just moved in, everyone seems really friendly and just happy for a chat,” Kim says.

At Ed.Square, Frasers Property collaborated with world-class architectural firms HDR, GroupGSA and HASSELL to deliver the vision for a 21st century town centre, integrated with 1,884 homes in a mix of apartments, terraces and townhomes.

Ed.Square is serviced by convenient bus and train links to Parramatta and Sydney CBD, with easy access to Sydney’s main roads and Western Sydney Airport. It is a 45-minute train journey from Edmondson Park railway station to Central Station.

More than six hectares of open green space bring the character of the existing bushland and regional parklands surrounding the community into the Town Centre, with cross-community links joining the regional parklands to the east and west of Ed.Square. The masterplanned community has achieved a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
