Tai Chi Tuesdays at Burwood Brickworks

Start your Tuesdays feeling energized by joining the brand-new Tai Chi Tuesdays at Burwood Brickworks!

Facilitated by our favourite yoga and pilates studio, Little Mandarin, Tai Chi Tuesdays will run from 7am every week in the Urban Plaza at the Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre. 

Sessions are free to attend for everyone.

Information:

Date: Every Tuesday (Starting 24th May)

Time: 7am to 8am

Venue: Meet at the shelter in the Urban Plaza (outside the shopping centre)

Details: Layer some comfortable clothes and a light jumper or jacket.

Who can do tai chi?

Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because tai chi is a low-impact exercise, it may be especially suitable if you're an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.
