Stages 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12
Display Village
It’s great to see our display village builders under construction. We are expecting the display homes to be completed mid-year. We are starting to plan another wonderful event to celebrate its opening. Stay tuned.
Our first two Burbank homes are now open to the public so you can now head down there and check them out!
Stage 8
Construction is fully underway for Stage 8, with sewer, drainage works and road boxing complete. The water and gas mains are currently under construction.
Works are programmed to finish in July and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in August 2018.
Stage 9
We have experienced some delays from authorities in obtaining the building permit for the retaining wall. We have now secured the building permit and works on the retaining wall have commenced. We have also completed sewer, drainage, gas, water and road boxing works. Given the delays we have experienced with Council, works are now programmed to finish in early August and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in early September 2018.
Stage 10
Stage 10 works have commenced with sewer works complete and drainage has commenced. Similar to Stage 8 we have experienced some on site construction delays that the team are working through. Water and gas main works are to commence on site shortly. Works are programmed to finish at the start of August and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in early September 2018.
Wetland works are currently in negotiations with Council and Melbourne Water. A construction start date will be provided once approvals have been obtained.
Stage 11
Stage 11 has experienced some delays with Council approvals and the commencement of works on site. Bulk earthworks for Stage 11 are complete and sewer works are currently underway. Works are programmed to finish in late August 2017 pending Council approval and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in October 2018.
Stage 12
Bulk earthworks for Stage are complete and we are currently programming construction works to commence in late May 2018 pending Council approvals.
There have been some delays in commencing works on site and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in December 2018.
Please note title dates are an estimate only based on information we have available at this point in time. We would encourage all purchasers to be conscious of signing building contracts based on these dates as there could be delays that are out of our control such as weather and authority approval delays.
