Stages 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 

Display Village
It’s great to see our display village builders under construction. We are expecting the majority of the display homes to be completed mid-year. We are starting to plan another wonderful event to celebrate its opening. Stay tuned. 

Stage 8
Stage 8 is progressing well, electrical and telecommunications are now completed. Asphalt base course is down and concrete works are nearing completion. Practical completion is currently programmed for 18 July 2018. We will be in a position to seek Statement of Compliance Consents from Authorities after we have received Practical Completion from Council. We anticipate that settlements will take place in the second half of August 2018.

Stage 9

All retaining walls are now completed. Kerb is under way. The electrical contractor is booked for the 20 June, the wet weather did cause some further delays, Practical Completion is now programmed for mid Aug 2018 and settlements in late September 2018.

Stage 10
Stage 10 drainage works are completed, pavement is well underway with asphalt scheduled for the 18 June 2018. Practical Completion is programed for early August and settlement are anticipated in mid-September 2018.

Stage 11
Stage 11 sewer works are completed. Drainage works are well under way. Water mains are scheduled to commence in the coming two weeks. Practical Completion is now programed for end October with settlements anticipated in Nov 2018.

Stage 12 
Final plans are with Council for approval. Works are expected to commence in July 18. Practical Completion would be anticipated in Dec 2019 and settlements in  late Jan/ early Feb 2019.

Please note title dates are an estimate only based on information we have available at this point in time. We would encourage all purchasers to be conscious of signing building contracts based on these dates as there could be delays that are out of our control such as weather and authority approval delays.
