Stages 9, 10, 11 & 12 

Welcome to the next edition of the Life, Point Cook Construction Update. We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community. Stage 9
We are pleased to announce that we have received the authority consents to Statement of Compliance from Melbourne Water, Opticomm and Council landscaping departments. The final layer of asphalt was laid on the 6th of September. We are now seeking consent for Statement of Compliance from Council Engineering. City West Water and Powercor are the only outstanding authorities. We have submitted all the final paperwork to City West Water to allow them to issue consent. The final Powercor audit is booked in for 20th September and following approval, we anticipate Statement of Compliance the end of September, with titles and settlement anticipated in October.

If your builders require a copy of the Level One Fill Report please contact The Prosperity Care Team. Banks can now undertake valuations, they need to contact our Site Foreman, Sam Zumbo on 0428 648 253 to arrange access to the site. Soon you’ll be able to commence working on the building of your dream home, an indescribably exciting feeling. We are almost there and appreciate your patience.

Stage 10
We are delighted to announce that we have now received the majority of authority consents to Statement of Compliance. Melbourne Water, City West Water, Council Engineering and landscaping departments have all provided consent, with Powercor now the only outstanding authority. The final Powercor audit is booked in for 20th September and following approval, we anticipate receiving Statement of Compliance at the end of September, with titles and settlement anticipated in October.
 
We do remind you that your builders can now complete soil tests on your lot if required. If they require a copy of the Level One Fill Report please contact The Prosperity Care Team. Soon you’ll be able to commence working on the building of your dream home, an indescribably exciting feeling. We are almost there and appreciate your patience.

Stage 11
Stage 11 is progressing well with kerb to be completed shortly and electrical and communications trenching commencing. Works are advancing well. Statement of Compliance is anticipated in November 2018 with settlements expected to commence in late December 2018 to early January 2019. 

Stage 12
We are pleased to advise that we have now received the Council's approval of the engineering plans and environmental management plans. Works will commence on site in the coming weeks. Statement of Compliance is anticipated in April 2019 and titles and settlements in May 2019.
