We are very pleased to advise you that the Titles Office have issued titles on your block of land.
Stage 13 received registration on 29th November and our solicitor Russell Kennedy has notified your legal representative. Settlements due on 13th December 2019.
Stage 16 received registration on 28th November and our solicitor Russell Kennedy has notified your legal representative. Settlements due on 12th December 2019.
We request that you contact your conveyancer and finance organisation to ensure you have completed all relevant paperwork to allow settlement to occur. You may also notify your builder that access is available to your lot for soil and survey testing.
