Stage 12
We are very pleased to advise you that we have lodged the Plan of Subdivision at the Titles Office. We anticipate that the Titles Office will issue titles within 5 - 10 days. Once titles are issued our lawyers will send a notification to your conveyancers confirming a settlement date. This date will be 14 days after the notification is issued. We request that you contact your conveyancer and finance organisation to ensure you have completed all relevant paperwork to allow settlement to occur.
