Port Coogee Christmas Festival 2023
It has been a busy time in the lead up to Christmas here at Port Coogee.
The weather put on the charm for the annual Port Coogee Christmas Festival, which was held on the 1st of December. It just keeps getting bigger and better.
This year we changed things up a bit by placing the main stage on the Pop-Up grassed area at the end of Pantheon Avenue, which meant that families could spread out, kids could play and dance to the fine tunes of the Murphy Brothers.
Santa also joined us, arriving by boat from the Marina. The animal farm and face painting are always a hit for the young and the young at heart. As always there was an abundance of food on offer as well as great gift stores to tempt us. The Port Coogee Community Association ran their GIANT raffle with $1000 worth of donations from all the local businesses, the raffle again sold out!
A coastal Christmas that only Port Coogee can deliver!
Our Stand-Up Paddleboard Package (valued at $1,250) competition was drawn - congratulations to the winner Michael Y. We hope you enjoy the hot summer to come, and we’ll keep an eye out for you paddling past. Thank you to everyone who entered the competition whilst attending this year’s amazing Port Coogee Christmas Festival – it was a stunning night made better with you there!
