We're committed to seriously reducing our carbon footprint and future-proofing our properties and communities our customers. That's why we're a certified carbon neutral organisation under the Australian Government's Climate Active Carbon Neutral Standard. We're now aligning with Science Based Targets for our whole business to be net zero carbon by 2028.

We're being innovative about the way we deliver energy to our customers, launching Real Utilities, our 100% carbon neutral embedded network energy retailer.

We have long term goals, plus short term targets that we refresh every two years. For Energy and Carbon, our long term goal is: By 2030, we aim to create customer value through our energy and carbon strategy.
