This recent supersite achievement further reinforces our commitment to achieving world leadership environmental credentials.
“The operational cost savings that have been created are not only significant to the bottom line for the customer, but also reduce our carbon footprint. We will continue to find ways to create greater efficiencies in all of our warehouses.”
“When it comes to sustainability in the industrial sector, Frasers Property Australia continues to lead the pack. Several initiatives – from the full lifecycle assessment to the education of contractors on site – are leading edge and will drive market transformation throughout the industrial sector,” said GBCA’s Chief Executive Officer Romilly Madew.
Key sustainability features of the supersite include:

- High efficient LED lighting and daylight controls throughout, saving 22 per cent in operational energy costs.
- Rainwater collection and reuse system which feeds the landscape irrigation and toilet flushing.
- Active transport facilities including bike racks, showers and lockers for staff.

Frasers Property has transacted eight existing and new buildings with Ceva Logistics in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland over the past five years. In addition to the super site, two new purpose-built premises in Melbourne will also target 6 Star Green Star ratings.
