Frasers Property Australia sales and market director, Dino Carulli, said strong buyer demand led to the early launch of the second stage of the Centrale development in North Ryde.

“There is demand for property but not a lot of supply in this part of the world,” Mr Carulli said.

Centrale is a four-building complex comprised of 380 apartments. It is located in proximity to North Ryde station on Delhi Rd. Prices for apartments range from $590,000 to $1.42 million One of the State Government’s urban activation precincts, North Ryde is set to explode. Housing for over 5000 residents has been predicted for the Lachlan’s Line development while the Ryde Garden complex will have 830 apartments.
