Downsizers on Brisbane’s north flock to Hamilton Reach
Downsizers from Brisbane’s north have accounted for more than 60 per cent of all sales within Newport, Frasers Property Australia’s $44 million Hamilton Reach project.
Offering a total of 34 luxury apartments over five levels, Newport has sold more than 20 off-the-plan apartments to downsizers and retirees from Ascot, Albion, Clayfield and Chermside.
Cameron Leggatt, General Manager Residential Queensland, Frasers Property Australia said Newport offered the perfect balance downsizers were searching for.
“The downsizer market is looking to move to areas that will enhance their lifestyle, with amenities, security and central locations a high priority,” Mr Leggatt said.
“Newport is a luxury apartment building which features riverfront views, a private landscaped atrium and open plan living.
“We are extremely proud of this stunning project which is a culmination of innovative architectural design,” Mr Leggatt said.
