The evolution of Northshore Hamilton continues with work underway on the next installment of Frasers Property Australia’s Hamilton Reach waterfront residential development, Riverlight.

Queensland Treasurer Curtis Pitt MP attended the official sod turning on Wednesday, October 12.

“Northshore Hamilton is the largest waterfront urban renewal project in Queensland and the construction of Riverlight is yet another step forward in this precinct’s evolution into an icon of Brisbane,” Mr Pitt said.

Cameron Leggatt, General Manager Residential Queensland for Frasers Property Australia said the company was pleased to see work starting on the next chapter of Hamilton Reach.

“We are immensely proud of the evolution of Hamilton Reach and the community that has formed over the years. The delivery of Riverlight adds another element to the community’s diverse masterplan and we are very excited to see it take shape,” he said.

The new release offers a selection of one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments priced from $440,000 and will generate employment for 200 people.

Residents will enjoy a variety of recreational facilities including landscaped gardens, a swimming pool and a gymnasium.
