Stages 9 and 10
Frasers Property Australia is very excited to announce that the Titles were issued for Stage 9 on Friday November 2nd, your solicitors will be notified and settlement date will be arranged.
Stage 10 has been lodged at the Land Titles Office of Victoria and is in examination. Settlements are expected to commence approximately mid to late November 2018.
Please contact you legal and financial representatives to prepare for settlement.
