Civil works have been completed. We wish to advise that banks may complete valuations and builders can complete soil and survey testing.
We have now received Statement of Compliance consent from all but one authority, which we are expecting by the end of this week. Once this has been received Council will be in a position to issue Statement of Compliance which is anticipated by the end of next week. Frasers Property Australia will lodge with the Titles Office as soon as the Statement of Compliance is received. We understand your disappointment in the delays to titles and settlement, however, we assure you the team at Frasers Property are doing all we can to achieve Statement of Compliance as swiftly as possible for you.
