Port Coogee Playground Opening Celebration
What a fantastic morning in Port Coogee, especially for our littlest residents who gathered to enjoy this brand-new playground, which they helped design!
There was lots of fun, messy ice-cream, fruit, muffins (& coffee for the grown-ups) that kept the smiles coming while new playdates were made and parents exchanged numbers. The Eco Fairies were on hand to make magical wands and bubbles with the kids. It was a really wonderful morning to connect with the families of Port Coogee and appreciate how many children now live in the project.
It was also very interesting for the Port Coogee development team to walk the playground whilst it was in heavy use with the design team from LD Total and Nature Play Solutions. It's fascinating how much thought and research goes into each element of the facility.
A great morning had by all - and to top it all off the Live Life Get Active crew turned up post their workout to taste-test the coffee and have a go on the flying fox!
