The Quarry Home Owners Club (Body Corporate Scheme) plays an important role in protecting and enhancing the lifestyle our residents value. Run by homeowners, for homeowners, the Club is responsible for maintaining the shared spaces and community assets that make The Quarry such a distinctive place to live. This includes entry features, landscaped street verges and roundabouts, common property gardens, recreational facilities and buildings, as well as the Hillside Precinct.

The Home Owners Club Committee is typically made up of the Chairperson from each subsidiary scheme, ensuring representation across the community and a collaborative approach to decision-making.

Investing in Our Community

A unique feature of The Quarry’s structure is the ability for the Home Owners Club to introduce additional enhancements to parks and gardens over time. This approach gives quality control back to residents and fosters a strong culture of pride, care and long-term stewardship.

Weekly contributions from each residential lot help preserve the quality, presentation and long-term value of the community. These funds support the ongoing maintenance of shared infrastructure and amenities located on Common Property and relevant easements, including:

  • Retaining walls and stabilised rock areas
  • Roads and footpaths
  • Water, sewerage and stormwater systems
  • Street lighting
  • Landscaping and gardens
  • Community buildings and facilities such as the residents’ club, swimming pools and gym
How Levies Work

Levy contributions are paid by each member of the Residential Body Corporate based on lot entitlement. Funds collected are used to:

  • Maintain and care for common areas
  • Cover required insurances
  • Support the administration of the Body Corporate
  • Contribute to The Quarry Principal Body Corporate

Levy amounts are reviewed and approved annually at the Annual General Meeting, based on an agreed budget. Contributions are allocated across dedicated funds to ensure both day-to-day operations and long-term maintenance are responsibly managed.

Through this collective investment, residents help safeguard the quality, amenity and value of The Quarry.
