Community Resilience

Like the rest of Queensland, our community is not immune to the threat of natural disasters such as floods, bushfires, heatwaves and severe weather. However we can prepare our community and enhance our resilience to the adverse impact of any threat through effective pre-planning.

FAQs

Bin collection day at The Quarry is Monday. Collection of green recycling and general recycling bins alternate. You can check here to confirm the alternate dates for these collections.

If you notice that you bin is not collected at the scheduled time and day, you can contact BCC here to arrange collection.

Once your land lot has settled, and even prior to the completion of your home, you have access to the ClubQ amenities. Your fob can be issued by our team at the Sales & Display centre at any time once settlement takes place. If you have not yet received your fob access key, but have settled your land lot, please reach out to our team at thequarry@frasersproperty.com.au to arrange collection.

To arrange a booking for an event at ClubQ, please contact our team at thequarry@frasersproperty.com.au to check availability and lock in your reservation. There is a small, refundable deposit requested for all ClubQ event bookings.

The pool access hours are 7 days a week from 6am to 8:30pm. This is to ensure the privacy and comfort of residents in close proximity to the ClubQ facilities.
