Community Update

The Baldivis Community offers so much for residents to enjoy, from markets to sports to recreation centres.

Check out the exciting events and activities that are coming up in your community below.

March Wrap Up

Buy Nothing Market Day & Morning tea

Buy Nothing Market Day & Morning tea on Sunday March 10 was a great opportunity for residents to meet and catch up. The event was really appreciated by the residents who popped along, and we even had enthusiastic future residents attend who've not even settled their land yet! With the terrific persuasion of the kids, it was great to kick off our "Love Letters to the Neighbourhood' initiative as well. Happy Neighbours Day!

Peel 4x4 Club

Local resident Brian would like to encourage you all to consider joining this family friendly club. Meetings are held at the Secret Harbour Life Saving Club on the 4th Wednesday of the Month. More details here.

It was a VERY Good Friday at our sister estate -Baldivis Parks!

We celebrated community on a perfect WA evening with the Good Friday Easter Lantern Markets 2024! Although the event didn't start until 5 pm the crowds were out in force by 4 pm and ready to go! So great to see so many families walk and ride to the event too.

With a big lineup of local markets, food trucks and local performers, the community had such a fun time. We enjoyed a visit from EB, kids' free activities and the traditional Easter Scavenger Hunt.

Front Garden Maintenance

Just a reminder that maintenance of the front garden all the way to the verge (including corner lots) is the responsibility of each homeowner to maintain and is a condition of the restrictive covenants as noted in your contract for sale. This not only enhances the street appeal but can positively impact your property value.

Street Trees

A reminder that a street tree is included as part of your landscaping package. It’s wonderful to see the trees in some of the more established streets starting to flourish. Below are some of the many benefits of planting a tree:

  • Improve air quality
  • Reduce surface heat. (Especially important in our Perth environment)
  • Protect your property value
  • Aids in storm water management

Please contact your Customer Care Manager Fiona Johnson, if you would like a street tree to be planted on your verge. Email: CustomerCareWA@frasersproperty.com.au.
