Planned Local Shopping Centre & Child Care Centre site, Baldivis Parks

We are delighted to announce that the Subdivision Application for the creation of the local centre site at Baldivis Parks has been lodged.

And we’re even more excited to share the vision created for the proposed local shopping centre and child care centre on Daintree Street, at the entrance to the Baldivis Parks estate.

We hope the centre provides the local north Baldivis community with valuable shopping, child care and other daily conveniences, although a final mix of services is yet to be announced.
