We took a ‘Journey Through Gin’

Journey through Gin at Port Coogee was the last in a series of Meet the Maker events for 2018 and it certainly was a case of saving the best until last with Port Coogee residents coming out in force to support this event. Both sessions were almost fully booked!
High Spirits Distillery is an independent family owned and operated Artisan Distillery producing spirits in small batches. It is the culmination of many years work by brothers Michael and Jade and the realisation of a long held dream.
Using 100% Western Australian grown grains the High Spirits Distillery team work hard to ensure only the best quality spirit is bottled, producing everything in house, from scratch. Grain to Glass - the true artisan way.
Together, residents enjoyed gin tastings and learning about the gin distilling process. Gin tastings were accompanied by delicious nibbles by Tapas Man!
