General Works in the Community
Construction of the land lots for Stage 16 are now complete. Works will commence shortly on the park that forms part of this stage.
Civil works to Stage 17 have been brought forward with completion due in July with settlements to follow.
Meanwhile, preparations for the Public Open Space (POS) within this stage are gaining momentum. Design approval is currently being negotiated with the City of Rockingham, with works scheduled to begin in September 2025.
Stage 20, which is located alongside Stage 17, is continuing on program and due for completion in August.
Our contractors will then focus on construction of the final stage at Baldivis Parks, Stage 21. We will continue to update you with timings for completion of this stage once released to the market.
As always, if you have ideas about how you’d like to build community reach out to our community team today on communityWA@frasersproperty.com.au.
