As Frasers Property completes the final stages of development, we’re inviting residents, renters, local business owners, and community-minded individuals to share their thoughts and aspirations for the neighbourhood. General Works in the Community

Stage 16 Park located to the southern section of this release, is due for works to commence in August 2025.

Stages 17 and Stage 20 are on track for completion in July & August.

Works have commenced to Stage 21, which will deliver 57 lots to the community. Construction of this stage is due for completion in early 2026.

Stages 14 and 16 energisation:

We have received an update from Western Power who advise that energisation of these stages will occur on the 9th September.
