A Very Merry Neighbourhood Xmas!

It's not too late to join in the fun! You're invited to the annual Frasers Landing Neighbours Christmas catch up! Celebrate the end of another busy year with your neighbours at this festive family event. We invite you to bring along your favourite dish and beverages to share with everyone. There will be plenty happening for the whole family to enjoy including Live music, Ugly Christmas outfit competition, Golden thong throwing competition and more!

Mandurah Christmas Pageant & Christmas Lights Trail


Light up the City Centre with spectacular floats and festive fun for the whole family. Wander through WA’s biggest Christmas Lights Trail and experience Mandurah transformed into a glowing waterfront wonderland filled with dazzling lights, entertainment, and festive fun for all ages.

Mandurah Carols in the Park
Sing your heart out while enjoying an evening of festive music, family fun, featuring Conrad Sewell and supported by Lotterywest.

New Years Eve Fireworks

Mandurah Community Garden – Come and Join Us!

Looking for a welcoming space to connect with nature and your community? MCG is open to the public every Saturday from 9:30–11:30am and Tuesday from 3:00–5:00pm. We offer a range of regular services, including:
- Tool & Book Library
- Containers for Change
- Recycling (see our list)
- Donations of potted plants, pots, and other gardening items to help reduce landfill
- Worm products for sale and worm training sessions (bookings required)
- Seeds for sale
- Children’s play area
- Coffee & tea available
You’re welcome to potter around the garden - check the blackboard for jobs that need doing! Memberships are also available for those who’d like to get more involved.Come along, learn, share, and grow with us!

General Construction Update
Rivers Edge Stage 5
Titles have now issued. Energisation of this stage is expected late January/early February 2026. The old streetlight currently sitting in the intersection of Lakewood Parkway and Sherlock Loop will be removed at same time as the stage is energised. Works to the smaller parks in Stage 5 will commence in November/December 2025. The larger park and foreshore will commence in March 2026 and is expected to be completed by June 2026.
Forest Walk Stage 9
Western Power handover date has been scheduled for the 18th December 2025. Energisation for this stage is expected towards end of December 2025 or mid January 2026. Stage 9 park is now complete and ready for the community to enjoy.

Forest Walk Stage 10
Titles have now issued. Energisation of this stage is expected late January/early February 2026.
Forest Walk Stage 11
Completion of this stage is programmed for the first quarter of 2026.
IMPORTANT: Fencing and Landscaping Christmas Closure Dates
Perez Fencing will be closed from Monday the 22nd December to Monday the 12th January 2026
LD Total Landscaping will be closed from Tuesday the 23rd December to the 4th January 2026.
