What’s happening at Frasers Landing?
It has been another busy first quarter of the year, with construction continuing in both the Rivers Edge and Forest Walk precincts.
Site preparation works are underway to prepare future stages within the estate. This includes fauna relocation. As part of this process, hollow logs are repurposed to provide habitats within other nearby nature reserves.
Stage 5 Rivers Edge is continuing on program.
Majority of construction works are nearing completion for Stage 9 Forest Walk, with the central park due to commence in June.
- Forest Walk Stage 10 released in April 2025.
- Stage 9 park due to commence construction in winter. Additional parks along the foreshore are in final design.
- Stage 4 Rivers Edge and Forest Walk 4B is now complete with settlements underway.
