A Very Merry Neighbourhood Xmas!

What a lovely time we had catching up with neighbours at the Frasers Landing Christmas gathering on November 29. The festive spirit was in full swing, made even more special by the talented local musician, Julian, who filled the air with live music and holiday cheer. A big congratulations to the champions of the Golden Thong Throwing Competition - always a crowd favourite and guaranteed to deliver plenty of laughs!

If you couldn’t make it this time, don’t worry - there are more community catch-ups on the way. Plans are already underway for relaxed get-togethers by the river, so be sure to keep an eye on the Frasers Landing Neighbour page for upcoming invitations and updates here.

City of Mandurah New Years Eve Fireworks

Mandurah will welcome in the New Year with its iconic foreshore fireworks, drawing families and neighbours for a night of celebration. Two dazzling displays lit up the sky—a family-friendly show earlier in the evening, followed by the spectacular midnight finale.
The foreshore will be buzzing with live music, food stalls and festive cheer, creating a vibrant community atmosphere. The event is always well attended and a great event that brings the community together to ring in the New Year with sparkle and fun! 🎆✨

General Construction Update

Rivers Edge Stage 5 Park 
Works on the two smaller parks are about to start. The larger park and foreshore will commence in March 2026 and is expected to be complete by June 2026.

Forest Walk Stage 11 Park
Works will commence in March 2026 and are expected to be complete by June 2026.

Fencing and Landscaping Christmas Closure Dates
Perez Fencing will be closed from Monday the 22nd December to Monday the 12th January 2026.
LD Total Landscaping will be closed from Tuesday the 23rd December to the 4th January 2026.

A reminder that if your home is nearing completion, don’t forget to complete the fencing and landscaping forms and return to the email address at the bottom or the form. The forms can be found on the MyFrasersProperty App.
