Frasers Landing Community Centre Closure
After seven wonderful years of bringing neighbours together, the Frasers Landing Community Centre at 1 Landings Boulevard will sadly close on the 28th February 2026. The building has been for sale and are currently in discussions with an interested party. The centre has been a vibrant and welcoming space for connection, activities and events, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped shape it into such a valued part of our community.
There are a range of terrific alternative spaces available for hire across the City of Mandurah. These can be viewed and booked via City of Mandurah | Bookable. The closest option to Frasers Landing is Coodanup Community Centre which hosts the Mandurah Scout Group, All Ability Dance Classes and Mandurah Table Tennis clubs. If you are starting up a group, you can also connect with the City of Mandurah Community Development team, who can offer further support and advice, including fee assistance for eligible groups. Thank you to everyone who has supported, used and enjoyed the space over the years — it has truly been a special community story.

The anticipated energisation dates are outlined below, as advised by Western Power. As Western Power owns and manages the asset, the energisation program is subject to their scheduling:
