From the external finishes to the interior finishes and inclusions, our teams undertake multiple rounds of checks before plans are approved for construction. When appointing a builder, we undertake rigorous vetting to make sure they meet our standards for quality, safety, and worker welfare.
Customer care
Our Customer Care team are committed to making your property journey with Frasers Property easy and enjoyable, from initial purchase through to settlement and long after you move in. You will receive regular updates on the progress of the construction phase through the myFrasersProperty app and portal, as well as information you need to prepare you for settlement.
Community development
Our dedicated Community Development team work with our residents to identify community talents, skills and strengths to develop an annual program of events and activities designed for all-ages and all-abilities.
