Frasers Property Australia’s Scott Ullman appointed UDIA Queensland President

Frasers Property Australia General Manager Queensland Scott Ullman is the new President of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) in Queensland.

Mr Ullman’s appointment was announced at last night’s UDIA QLD Annual General Meeting and his tenure as President officially commences today. He assumes the prestigious industry role from outgoing President Warwick Bible.

Mr Ullman says: “It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to lead the UDIA in Queensland and continue the important and influential role of the Institute in communities across the state.

“It’s important to acknowledge and thank outgoing President Warwick Bible for his valuable contribution and inspirational leadership over the past few years.

“Warwick’s are big shoes to fill and I’m grateful to be working with a Board and team with diverse backgrounds, skills and expertise to drive our agenda and reinforce our values through the current challenges the industry faces, and the opportunities to be capitalised upon,” Mr Ullman says.

Established in 1971, the UDIA Queensland is a not-for-profit organisation which advocates for the delivery of better residential development across the state.
