Our retail centres are the heart of the communities they serve. More than places to shop, they are places to relax, socialise, dine and be entertained. Uniquely curated both in design and retail mix to embody their local community, our centres seamlessly integrate with our communities to provide all the amenities modern lifestyles demand.
Frasers Property has delivered 13 shopping centres in Australia and we have four centres under management: Eastern Creek Quarter (NSW), Ed.Square Town Centre (NSW), Coorparoo Square (QLD) and the world’s most sustainable shopping centre, Burwood Brickworks (VIC).
Our Centre Management teams
Frasers Property retail centres are managed with care by a dedicated in-centre team. Our people are highly experienced in retail asset management and fostering an environment of collaboration with retailers, to elevate the shopping and social experience for customers.
Our centre management team is always on hand to assist our tenants through information and educational resources, marketing and brand strategy support, as well as our bespoke Retailer Academy, in our shared endeavour to curate memorable experiences for people.

Our experienced, award-winning retail design team has created some of Australia’s most architecturally celebrated and environmentally sustainable shopping centres. Collaborating closely with tenants, we craft high-quality retail spaces which engage and excite our customers.

Our dedicated Tenancy Delivery Coordinators have the experience and expertise to provide ongoing support to retailers through the full store delivery process, from signing the lease to store design, fitout support, to opening the doors.
