Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Wallara Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Bulk earthworks and sewer works are nearing completion and drainage and water reticulation works continue to progress.

Site remediation works and bulk earthworks have been completed on the future school site.

The Victorian School Building Authority has confirmed it’s building a primary school for 525 students with an attached kindergarten, which will open for Term One 2026. The school will be located at 268 Wallara Waters Blvd, with design work already underway. Its interim name is Wallan East Primary School.

Within the school will be a two-room kindergarten, an innovation designed to help kids make a smooth transition from kinder to primary school. The kinder provider is expected to be announced next year.
