About us
Founded in 2017, and wholly owned by Frasers Property Australia, Real Utilities provides cheaper, greener, simpler energy to homes and businesses across the country. We install, own and operate the embedded networks that power our customers' properties with 100% carbon neutral energy certified by Climate Active.
Our approach
We're proud to contribute towards a cleaner, greener planet through a combination of renewable energy technologies, such as solar PV, purchased carbon credits and ‘green finance’ loans – i.e. loans that support projects which have a positive impact on the environment. We believe that true change begins from the ground up.

With over 20 years' experience in sustainability and energy roles, Paolo is Group Head of Sustainability for Frasers Property Limited
Greg has over 20 years’ experience in the National Electricity Market and the development of renewable energy projects through various positions with Frasers Property, Eraring Energy, Geodynamics and ReNu Energy. Greg brings unique industry knowledge having worked with and developed generation assets across the spectrum of coal, fuel oil, biogas, wind, solar, geothermal and hydro, as well as forestry plantations for carbon sequestration. Greg has developed renewable energy product offerings for both solar and biogas products across industrial scale markets.
Huey has over 15 years’ experience in the energy sector in the property industry, specialising in energy procurement, billing systems and retail operations.
Ray brings over 10 years’ experience in the embedded network and renewable energy industries to Real Utilities. Coming from Energy Trade, Ray managed extensive embedded network projects and renewable energy project delivery department
Kun has worked in the energy and utilities industry for over a decade, joining the Real Utilities team in 2022 as Energy Coordinator with expertise in meter data analysis, billing, and metering investigation.
Jess is an experienced HSE Manager. Joining Frasers Property as a Cadet and progressing to her current role of HSE Manager – Assets, Jess brings strong understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial asset classes, as well as a passion for safety theory and the underlaying cultural and system implications that affect the way people work.
Patrick brings over 7 years of accounting experience to his role as Senior Financial Account at Real Utilities. Prior to joining the team in 2022, Patrick’s career spanned several large accounting firms including PinnacleHPC, Cosgrave Soutter and, most recently, Deloitte
Amelia brings marketing and communications expertise to her role as PR and Corporate Communications Advisor on the Real Utilities team. Working as part of a national team across Real Utilities and Frasers Property Australia, Amelia leads public relations, content generation, social and digital marketing, and event management for both Real Utilities and Frasers Property.
