Bringing the flavours of Vietnam to Ed.Square, Fla Vie is an expression of the traditional meets modern. “Fla Vie actually means flavours of Vietnam".
With the flavours still there, Fla Vie’s founder Thuy believes that there was room to offer something outside of the box, but give respect to the traditional dishes of her heritage. "I knew that I wanted to bring something different but that people also don’t have to travel all the way to the city for”. Thuy and her team are extremely proud of what they’ve been able to bring to the table at Ed.Square as diners feast on delicious dishes such as the popular Luk Luk wagyu cubes and warming bowls of Pho.
Thuy has also built friendship with other retailers, “We’ve made a lot of good business friends around the area and we help each other out”.
