Development
Our development team are across every detail to ensure the overall masterplanned community is delivered on time and to a high-quality standard. They work closely with our consultants and Council to achieve the necessary authority approvals.
Construction
Together with our consultants, our team oversee all construction activities including earthworks, civil works and landscaping. We also engage a team of experts to guide us around technical design and construction requirements and oversee quality assurance.
Customer Care
Our Customer Care team are dedicated to making your property journey with us as easy and enjoyable as possible. You'll receive monthly updates and progress milestones, from the start of construction to settlement and move-in day from your myFrasersProperty app and portal.
Community Development
Our Community Development team ensure every resident feels at home from the moment they arrive at Brookhaven. From sparking social activities to facilitating meaningful discussions, our Community Development Manager, Marion is focused on nurturing connections and fostering a profound sense of belonging.
Property Management
