Architecturally designed by Rothelowman, ClubQ features a 25m lap pool, entertainer's kitchen incorporating monolithic stone, Smeg appliances and a Zip tap, sunset lounges, dining areas, work zones, a kick and play oval and more. Two additional pools, a fully equipped gymnasium, meditation room and BBQ facilities will form part of the precinct's future facilities.

The 27-hole Keperra Country Golf Club is tucked away at the base of the Taylor Range and the spectacular Mount Glorious is 25km away for hikers, nature enthusiasts and bird watchers alike.

Reusing the striking granite from The Quarry site has been a huge focus for our design team. From retaining wall structures to the crushed granite fill and landscaping features, we’ve incorporated this material wherever possible. Sustainability is at the forefront of our efforts and incorporating this reclaimed granite not only pays homage to the site’s history, but also reduces our environmental footprint ♻

In 2024, we’re celebrating 100 years of our Australian property development history. And though it’s not our birthday per se, it is a reflection on a century of experience and lineage that extends from the days of real estate entrepreneur T.M Burke in 1924 to Frasers Property Australia as we know it today. In preparation for our centenary milestone, we dug through the archives to find treasures from our 100-year history – treasures such as this ad from T.M Burke’s development of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
