Reusing the striking granite from The Quarry site has been a huge focus for our design team. From retaining wall structures to the crushed granite fill and landscaping features, we’ve incorporated this material wherever possible. Sustainability is at the forefront of our efforts and incorporating this reclaimed granite not only pays homage to the site’s history, but also reduces our environmental footprint ♻

In 2024, we’re celebrating 100 years of our Australian property development history. And though it’s not our birthday per se, it is a reflection on a century of experience and lineage that extends from the days of real estate entrepreneur T.M Burke in 1924 to Frasers Property Australia as we know it today. In preparation for our centenary milestone, we dug through the archives to find treasures from our 100-year history – treasures such as this ad from T.M Burke’s development of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. If only we had bought a block at Sunshine Beach in the 1920’s 🏖
