Brisbane's most elevated new neighbourhood is taking shape as the first homes are now commencing construction along Ridgeline Way.

: Release One is now sold out, Release Two is 85% secured and Release Three is responding very well in market with over 50% already purchased.
: Release Two civil works are progressing well with settlements on schedule to occur in July/August this year.
: The Quarry's Winter School Holiday Program on June 30 was a great success (refer to image), with residents now invited to attend Golden Hour Sunset Drinks on July 7. Follow our socials for more details.

July marks Frasers Property’s one year anniversary since launching The Quarry. Reusing the striking granite from The Quarry site has been a huge focus for our design team. From retaining wall structures to the crushed granite fill and landscaping features, we’ve incorporated this material wherever possible. Sustainability is at the forefront of our efforts and incorporating this reclaimed granite not only pays homage to the site’s history, but also reduces our environmental footprint ♻

Thank you to everyone who joined us at ClubQ over the weekend for our second School Holiday Program! It was such a wonderful morning seeing local families enjoy our amenity precinct and getting involved in all the activities 🌻🏠 Here are some of the highlights, beautifully captured by The Photo Pitch 📸

The Quarry model based at our Sales & Display Centre is uniquely made out of timber and really showcases the scale and elevation of Brisbane’s newest masterplanned community. Open daily from 10am to 5pm, visit Tina and Greg at 1004 Samford Road so you can see it for yourself.

In 2024, we’re celebrating 100 years of our Australian property development history. And though it’s not our birthday per se, it is a reflection on a century of experience and lineage that extends from the days of real estate entrepreneur T.M Burke in 1924 to Frasers Property Australia as we know it today. In preparation for our centenary milestone, we dug through the archives to find treasures from our 100-year history – treasures such as this ad from T.M Burke’s development of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. If only we had bought a block at Sunshine Beach in the 1920’s 🏖
