What’s happening at The Quarry?

Brisbane's most elevated new neighbourhood is taking shape as first homes are rising out of the ground along Ridgeline Way.

: Homesites in Release One, Two and Three are almost sold out, with just one lot currently available.
: Civil works are progressing very well with Golding Contractors and Shadforth’s working hard to provide flat, elevated building pads for new homeowners.
: Naturform is continuing the regeneration of the site with the final landscaping now being planted throughout Release 3.

Getting up nice and close with The Quarry's granite 🙌 If you visit us on 1004 Samford Road, you'll be able to see just how much of the site's granite we have repurposed for yourself. From giant boulder walls and crushed deco on our site pads to striking landscaping and water features, reusing as much as we can is extremely important for us in terms of sustainability.
