What’s happening at The Quarry?

Brisbane’s most elevated new neighbourhood is coming to life, with the first homes now nearing completion.

: Momentum is building across The Quarry’s early precincts, with new homes rapidly redefining the landscape.
: Our civil contractor, Golding, has commenced works for Release 4 and 5, with only a handful of land lots still available in Release 4.
: Shadforth Contractors are progressing well with the bulk earthworks on The Peninsula Collection, which will allow for civil works to commence in May.

The Quarry model at ClubQ is uniquely made out of timber and really helps to show the size, scale and elevation of Brisbane's highest masterplanned community. We've recently made some updates to our model, including swapping out the terrace homes for residential land lots. What was going to be an mix of approximately 500 terrace homes and residential homesites, will now be about 400 homesites only. Have you visited the @keperracountrygolfclub yet? It's only 1.5km from The Quarry, tucked away at the base of the Taylor Range. With a 27-hole championship golf course, they first opened doors back in 1931! We recommend paying a visit if you haven't already ⛳️🏌️‍♀️
