Construction is continuing to progress across The Quarry, with major milestones being reached as the community takes shape.
It was wonderful to see so many future residents attend the recent events held onsite and we look forward to sharing invites for future upcoming community events. With works advancing across multiple stages, The Quarry is quickly becoming a thriving, growing community.

These school holidays, we welcomed a brilliant crew of curious, creative kids to explore the world of construction. With expert guidance from the team at Golding Contractors, our Little Builders got hands-on with real tools—and even climbed into the big machines! 🛠️🚜 From the driver’s seat of heavy machinery to learning how things are built, it was exciting, inspiring for everyone involved. Golden hour at ClubQ never disappoints ✨

The Quarry model at ClubQ is uniquely made out of timber and really helps to show the size, scale and elevation of Brisbane's highest masterplanned community. We've recently made some updates to our model, including swapping out the terrace homes for residential land lots. What was going to be an mix of approximately 500 terrace homes and residential homesites, will now be about 400 homesites only. We've listened to our community and have decided to reduce our density even further. Reach out to Tina or Greg to find out more on 13 38 38 today!

Have you visited the @keperracountrygolfclub yet? It's only 1.5km from The Quarry, tucked away at the base of the Taylor Range. With a 27-hole championship golf course, they first opened doors back in 1931! We recommend paying a visit if you haven't already ⛳️🏌️‍♀️
