What’s happening at The Quarry?

Two additional stages have recently settled, and new residents are moving into their beautiful homes across Releases One to Three. It’s fantastic to see our community continuing to grow.

We’re also thrilled to announce the Resident Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, 22 November. We encourage you to join us to meet your new neighbours and celebrate a wonderful year at The Quarry community.

: Landscaping works have commenced on the Lookout at the top of the entry stairs and adjacent to The Peninsula Collection.
: Tendering for phase two of the recreational facilities construction works is progressing to realise two new pools, greenspace and a wellness building surrounding ClubQ.
: Civil works and landscaping are now complete at Release Four, shaping the entry to our latest release, The Summit.

🌿 What a fab morning we had at The Quarry during the school holidays! 🌞 Our landscape-led program was all about encouraging kids to get outside, explore nature, and unleash their creativity. We were thrilled to be joined by landscape architect Damian Thompson, who led the kids on an inspiring nature walk. The little explorers chose a piece of flora that caught their eye and then got busy sketching their unique interpretations of their natural treasures.
