ClubQ Officially Opens Doors

The ClubQ resident amenity centre is the beating heart of The Quarry, Brisbane’s most elevated and celebrated new masterplanned community just 9.5km from Brisbane’s CBD.

The architecturally designed hub sits on more than 4,600sqm along Ridgeline Way, and is a collaboration between Rothelowman and LatStudios with Frasers Property Austalia where burred lines between landscape architecture are as intentional as they are seamless. While it is currently being used as the Sales & Display Centre, it has been built in legacy to be handed back for the future residents of our community to enjoy.

Featuring an imposing 4m high, 54 tonne granite boulder that forms part of the building itself, ClubQ amenities include 25m infinity edge lap pool, sunset lounges, entertainer’s kitchen complete with monolithic stone splashback, Smeg appliances and zip tap. There are also ample dining and outdoor entertaining areas, work zones, a kick and play oval and more. Two additional pools, a fully equipped gymnasium, meditation room and BBQ facilities will form part of the precinct’s future amenity in this special space in the coming years.
