Design
Working closely with our development team, our specialist consultants manage the process of designing spaces that beautifully balance form and function on this iconic Brisbane hillside. During this phase, services and structural engineers, as well as facilities management experts play a key role, safeguarding structural design and establishing benchmarks for liveability and practicality.
Development
Our development team are across every detail to ensure the overall masterplanned community is delivered on time and to a high-quality standard. From the civil works and landscaping to the finished product’s external finishes and interior finishes and inclusions, our teams undertake multiple rounds of checks before plans are approved and work commences. When appointing a contractor, we undertake rigorous vetting to make sure they meet our standards for quality, safety and worker welfare.
Construction
As part of The Quarry’s transformation, our teams supervise and oversee all construction activities including earthworks, civil works, landscaping and buildings. We also engage a team of experts to guide us around technical design and construction requirements and oversee quality assurance.
Customer Care
Our Customer Care team are dedicated to making your property journey with us as easy and enjoyable as possible & to ensure you have a complete picture of buying your property and its progress at each stage. You will receive monthly construction updates and progress milestones, from the start of construction to settlement and move-in day from the myFrasersProperty app and portal. So, you can be prepared, informed and ready for the next stage.
Community Development
Our dedicated Community Development team are here to ensure every resident feels at home from the minute you arrive. From sparking social activities to facilitating meaningful discussions, our Community Development Manager, Marion is focused on nurturing connections and fostering a profound sense of belonging here at The Quarry.

As an award-winning multidisciplinary design collective, the team at LatStudios are responsible for all landscape design elements at The Quarry.
The Quarry's principal representative across the management of quarry operations is Charlie Resolved - from design, construction, landscaping and quality assurance.
ClubQ, The Quarry’s resident amenity hub that currently sits as the Sales & Display Centre, was expertly designed by the architects at Rothelowman.
Responsible for civil engineering and design, Colliers has been instrumental in developing and implementing intricate earthworks strategies to meet the technical geotechnical requirements and landscape.
Transforming a working granite quarry into a thriving residential community would not be possible without the help of our specialist geologist engineering team at Douglas Partners.
Project spotlight
After years of planning, designing and constructing, we are proud to announce The Quarry's cliffside stairs are officially open. Made locally in Sumner, and in collaboration with LatStudios, Douglas Partners and Naturform, the cliffside stairs will provide future resents with stunning view and unique connectivity to local amenity.
Watching the stairs come to life has been such a privilege for the FPA team and would not have been possible without the expertise, passion and hard work of our specialist consultants.
