As a valued resident of The Quarry, you have exclusive access to ClubQ — a vibrant, resort-style precinct designed to bring neighbours together and elevate everyday living. Thoughtfully planned and delivered in stages, ClubQ will continue to grow alongside our community, ensuring each new addition enhances the lifestyle you love.
Resident Facilities
Our resident facilities have been carefully staged to align with the growth of The Quarry community. Each stage has been thoughtfully considered to ensure ClubQ continues to evolve as a central hub for residents — a place to unwind, stay active, and create lasting memories with family and friends. Stage One of ClubQ is now complete and open for residents to enjoy. Stage Two is scheduled to commence this year, introducing an exciting new collection of spaces designed for wellness, family fun and social gatherings. Upcoming facilities will include:
- An additional lagoon-style swimming pool & a dedicated kids’ splash and play area
- A fully equipped gymnasium & a sauna for rest and recovery
- Expansive green spaces with picnic tables
- A community pizza oven
- Inviting gathering areas designed for connection
ClubQ Access
Access to ClubQ is an exclusive benefit for residents of The Quarry, designed to ensure a safe, private and enjoyable environment for everyone in our community.

Resident Access
Each resident household is issued with secure fob keys to access the ClubQ amenities. Fobs are provided to purchasers at settlement of their land, at which time ClubQ access becomes available.
Please keep your fob secure at all times and ensure it is not shared with non-residents, so we can maintain the privacy and comfort of the community. -
Pool Hours
The pool is open 7 days a week from 6:00am to 8:30pm.
These operating hours have been carefully set to balance resident enjoyment with the privacy and comfort of neighbours who reside in close proximity to ClubQ.
