A once in a lifetime opportunity to live in a beachside community with an unrivalled level of amenity not seen anywhere else on the NSW South Coast; a world class 270 berth marina underway, harbourside dinning and shopping, state-of-the-art community centre and library, boardwalks and promenades around the marina, parks, playgrounds and a kids foreshore beach.
We’re excited to provide an update of how the future marina and town centre are taking shape at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.
We’re pleased to share a video recapping this historical day.
Meet Helen and Laurie Scutts, Shell Cove locals who were thrilled to snap up a terrace home at The Waterfront. They love the family feel of the area and are looking forward to the ease of waterfront living so close to the shops and cafés.
We asked the team behind the project design to describe what The Waterfront, Shell Cove’s town centre will feel like to be in.
The project, known as The Dragonettes, has been three years in the planning and has begun to come to life with the installation of the 35 separate cast aluminium sculptures, stretching from the entry of the new Town Centre through to edge of the future harbour. The first 26 pieces have been installed and the final stage within the public piazza will be installed early next year.
