General Construction Works

Some finishing works to the Rivers Edge Stage 4 park is underway, but the park is now ready for the community to enjoy!

Forest Walk Stage 9 is on track for most of the construction works to be complete in June. Delivery of the park that forms part of this stage, is due to commence in winter.

Construction of Forest Walk Stage 10 has now commenced, with completion due towards the end of the year.

In preparation for the handover of the management of the lake to the City of Mandurah, they have requested for the timber section of the jetty to be removed due to ongoing maintenance and safety concerns. Frasers Property will arrange for these works to be done and will share timings, once confirmed. Some of the vertical timber posts will be retained, which will provide a resting platform for birdlife.

As always, if you have ideas of how you’d like to build community here at Frasers Landing feel free to reach out to our community team on communityWA@frasersproperty.com.au
