Welcome to our July Community Update!

Discover the exciting events and activities coming up in August and find out how construction works are progressing within Frasers Landing.

Meet the Neighbours at Frasers Landing!

With the recent sell-out of remaining land lots at Frasers Landing, we’re thrilled to be welcoming a new wave of residents to the community!

To celebrate, we’re hosting a friendly “Meet and Greet” events this August. These informal gatherings are a great way to connect with your neighbours over a complimentary coffee and sweet treat — whether you're new to the area or a long-time local, we’d love to see you there.

Event Date: Saturday, August 16 Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm

We will send you an email invite with more details so please come along, say hello, and help us give a warm Frasers Landing welcome to our newest residents!

Register for Cam-Map WA

Register your CCTV details on the Cam-Map WA portal. Cam-Map WA is a comprehensive database of all voluntarily registered CCTV systems across Western Australia. This publicly accessed platform allows owners and operators of CCTV systems to self-register onto a secure database operated by the WA Police Force.

Accurate knowledge of the locations of CCTV systems will assist police to investigate incidents in order to improve community safety.

Who ya Gonna Call?

With Frasers Property nearing the end of the development it’s important that everyone knows who they should call when they need help.

Emergency Information and Contacts:

000 - Fire or life threating emergencies
132 500 - SES (e.g. storm damage)
131 444 - Police (non-urgent assistance)

The EmergencyWA website and the apps provide information on fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, hazardous material incidents and traffic crashes.

Frasers Landing Community Centre

There is always a hive of activity with art groups, craft, mosaics, photography clubs, social ukelele classes, nature groups and more. You can visit our community noticeboard or our Frasers Landing website for more details.

General Works in the Community

Rivers Edge Stage 5

This release is on program with completion planned for September 2025.

Forest Walk Stage 9

Majority of construction works to deliver the lots to the community is now complete. Preparations are now underway for the construction of the central parkland to commence over the winter months.

Forest Walk Stage 10

Civil works has commenced to this stage with completion due towards the end of the year.

Forest Walk Stage 11

Civil works has commenced to this stage with completion in early 2026.
