Global view: our properties
Frasers Property Limited is a sponsor of two REITs and one stapled trust listed in Singapore, which hold a multi-national portfolio of property assets.
Frasers Centrepoint Trust is a leading developer-focused sponsored retail REIT, with a portfolio of S$6.9 billion assets under management and approximately 270,000 sqm of net lettable area across over 1,700 leases. Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust comprises 107 industrial and commercial properties, valued at approximately S$6.4 billion. The stapled Frasers Hospitality Trust, which includes Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust, comprises a combined 14 hospitality properties in 9 cities globally and a combined portfolio value of S$1.9 billion as at 30 September 2023.
