Our progress

Our progress

In 2015 we created A Different Way – a whole new way of thinking and working that helps us boldly grow our business in ways that are good for our people, customers and the environment.

A Different Way documents the goals and targets we set for ourselves, to pinpoint how and when we plan to make a difference. Every two years we review our targets, reflecting on our successes and challenges, and identifying new priorities and opportunities based on changes in the market, our customers, technology and climate science.

We're committed to publishing our progress here on this website, so on this page you'll find all our company-wide targets from 2016, 2018 and 2020, and the current status of each.
